Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives are designed for people ready to stop ending up in the same place and actually do something about it.
Some people arrive knowing exactly what the pattern is. Others just know something keeps going wrong and they can’t figure out why. Both are good reasons to be here.
Who Therapy Intensives Are For
People who have tried to figure this out on their own and keep ending up in the same place.
People who are successful, capable and completely stuck in their relationship.
People sitting with a decision they can’t seem to make no matter how much they think about it.
People who have done therapy before and feel like they’ve hit a ceiling.
People who are done talking about it and ready to actually move.
What An Intensive Looks Like
Therapy intensives are extended sessions that allow us to slow down, look closely at patterns and begin shifting how you respond in real time.
Clarity Intensive — 3 Hours
Best for someone who has a specific situation, relationship or decision they need to work through. Focused, concentrated and designed to cut through the noise.
Deep Work Intensive — 6 Hours
For someone ready to go deeper. We look at the patterns beneath the situation, where they come from and how they’re showing up in your life right now. This is where real movement begins.
Immersion Intensive — 9 Hours
The most comprehensive option. Scheduled across multiple sessions. This gives us time to do the deep work and then integrate it. Real life application between sessions. Continued refinement. This is for someone ready to make a significant shift.
Investment

Payment is required to reserve intensive sessions. After your consultation, I will recommend the option that best fits your situation.

My Approach to Intensives
Weekly therapy is valuable. But 50 minutes has a ceiling.
An intensive gives us the time to get past the part where you explain everything and actually get to work. No waiting until next week. No losing momentum between sessions. Just focused, uninterrupted work on the thing that matters most right now.
How to Begin
The first step is a brief consultation. It’s a conversation, not a commitment.
We talk through what’s going on, whether an intensive makes sense and which format fits where you are right now. You leave the consultation with clarity either way.
If it’s a good fit, we get started. If it’s not, I’ll tell you that, too.
