Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives are designed for people ready to stop circling the same patterns and move toward real clarity and change.

Most people who consider an intensive already understand what’s happening. They’ve thought about it, reflected on it and tried to approach it differently.

But in the moments that matter, they still find themselves pulled back into the same dynamics… overthinking, second-guessing, staying too long, or struggling to follow through on what they already know.

Who Therapy Intensives Are For

  • People who feel stuck repeating the same relationship patterns despite understanding them
  • People trying to decide whether to stay in or leave an important relationship
  • People who are successful in many areas of life but feel confused or drained by their relationships
  • People who want to understand long-standing patterns more clearly and begin making different choices
  • People who have done therapy before but want more focused, deeper work

What An Intensive Looks Like

Extended Therapy Intensive — 6 Hours

A deeper, more comprehensive experience that allows us to explore patterns and begin shifting how you respond in real time.

Therapy Intensive Series — 9 Hours

A structured approach scheduled across multiple sessions, allowing for deeper work, real life application between sessions, and continued refinement of patterns, boundaries, and decisions.

My Approach to Intensives

Many of the people who seek therapy intensives are thoughtful, reflective individuals who already understand their patterns.

In an intensive, we step back from the day-to-day noise of life and examine what has been happening in a deeper, more intentional way.

My role is to help you notice the patterns, understand the dynamics beneath them, and begin making choices that bring greater clarity, stability, and self-trust.

How to Begin

Because therapy intensives require dedicated time and focus, the first step is a brief consultation.

This gives us a chance to talk through what you’re experiencing, determine whether an intensive would be helpful, and decide together which format might best support your goals.

After the consultation, we can decide together whether a 3 hour, 6 hour or 9 hour intensive series is the best fit for the depth of work you’re looking to do.
