Therapy Intensives

Therapy Intensives are designed for people ready to stop circling the same patterns and move toward real clarity and change. Instead of spreading the work over many weekly sessions, an intensive creates focused time to step back, understand what has been happening in your relationships or life decisions, and begin moving forward with greater insight and confidence.

Many of the people who seek intensives are thoughtful, capable individuals who already have strong insight into themselves. What they are often looking for is the space to slow down, look carefully at the patterns they’re living inside of, and begin making different choices.

Who Therapy Intensives Are For

  • People who feel stuck repeating the same relationship patterns despite understanding them intellectually
  • People trying to decide whether to stay in or leave an important relationship
  • People who are successful in many areas of life but feel confused or drained by their relationships
  • People who want to understand long-standing patterns more clearly and begin making different choices
  • People who have done therapy before but want more focused, deeper work

What An Intensive Looks Like

Therapy intensives are extended therapy sessions that allow us to slow down and look more carefully at the patterns and decisions that have been shaping your life. Instead of spreading the work over many weeks, we create focused time to step back, understand what has been happening, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

  • 3-hour focused therapy intensive
  • 6-hour deep-dive therapy intensive
  • Conducted virtually through secure video sessions
  • Scheduled individually based on availability

My Approach to Intensives

Many of the people who seek therapy intensives are thoughtful, reflective individuals who already have a strong understanding of themselves. What they are often looking for is a focused space to step back from the day-to-day noise of life and look more clearly at the patterns they are living inside of. In an intensive, we slow the process down and examine what has been happening in a deeper and more intentional way.

My role is to help you notice the patterns, understand the dynamics beneath them, and begin making choices that bring greater clarity, stability, and self-trust.

How to Begin

Because therapy intensives involve significant time and focus, the first step is a brief consultation. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re experiencing, determine whether an intensive would be helpful, and decide together what format might best support your goals.

After the consultation, we can schedule a 3-hour or 6-hour intensive depending on the depth of work you’re hoping to do.
